These photographs can be found in the tower of Santiago, and illustrate the diverse number of creatures great and small which inhabit the area together with all the flowers and vegetation.

As you travel around a 50K radius, you experience just how varied the countryside is, with some fairly flat and scrubby parts which within a short distance change to mountain ranges adorned with forests and large lakes some forty kilometres long, albeit man made,with blue waters and the opportunity to indulge in water sports and fishing.
